For our clients with child custody and visitation concerns, the state has recently created a hotline you may call for advice. The hotline will provide limited legal advice and could be an excellent resource for pro-se (individuals without an attorney) litigants.
At Orwin Law, we love being outdoors. Fishing, hiking, boating, kayaking, hunting, and farming are just a few of the activities we participate in when the office lights turn off.
We are also happy to say we work to protect our natural environment so that we can all continue to enjoy the natural beauty of Kentucky long into the future.
When the lights at the office are on we are happy to help clients with their property law needs -- whether it be a conservation easement or a boundary dispute, a contract for the sale of property or protecting your water and air from pollution.
Feel free to give us a call at (606) 678-4386 for more information on these services or to schedule an appointment.
Orwin Law Office is happy to announce associate attorney Jesse Fries has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

In fact, prior to making his affiliation formal, he donated legal expertise related to land acquisitions in the Rockcastle River watershed for more than twenty years. The work even earned him a “Volunteer of the Year” award in 1996.
